If you want to get involved in an existing student organization our office is here to help ensure your success!
2026 Spring Student Organization Fair
The Spring Student Organization Fair is an opportunity for organizations to begin their spring recruitment efforts. This is also a great chance for students to explore various student organizations at UT and get involved on campus.
The 2026 Spring Student Organization Fair will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 in the William C. Powers, Jr. Student Activity Center (WCP Ballroom Room 2.410) and will consist of 2 sessions.
Session 1
9 a.m. - Check-in (Legislative Assembly Room 2.302)
10 a.m. – Fair Starts
12 p.m. – Fair Ends
Session 2
12 p.m. – Check-in (Legislative Assembly Room 2.302)
1 p.m. – Fair Starts
3 p.m. – Fair Ends
Registration Details:
- Registration Opens: 10 a.m. on January 6, 2026
- Registration Closes: 11:59pm on January 11, 2026
- Register (RSVP) on HornsLink. (Link goes live on January 6, 2026 at 10 a.m.)
- Student Organizations must be ACTIVE on HornsLink in order to register (RSVP).
- Orgs can only register for 1 session.
- Only 1 student per org needs to register.
- There will be a limited number of tables at this event, so register early to ensure your organization has a spot.
Important Information:
- A member from your org must check in before your session starts or your table may be given to a waitlisted org.
- Each org gets 1 table + 2 chairs (no extra furniture allowed).
- Max 2 reps per table; stay behind your table.
- Store personal items behind or under your table.
- No amplified sound.
- Clean up your area after the event.
- Activities must align with University standards.

Party on the Plaza
Party on the Plaza (POP) is a welcome-back-to-campus party for the entire UT community hosted by RecSports. This exciting event includes a student organization fair, where students can meet representatives from over 300 student organizations and learn the many ways you can get involved on campus!
