Sorority and Fraternity Life Summer Graduate Intern

The Summer Graduate Student Intern in Sorority and Fraternity Life supports the planning, coordination and execution of Panhellenic primary recruitment, the Texas Greek Block Party and summer orientation efforts. This position works closely with professional staff and student leaders. The intern will gain hands-on experience in advising, event planning, risk management and community operations within a sorority and fraternity office setting.

Student Governance Organizations Graduate Assistant

Student Governance Organizations (SGOs) in the Office of the Dean of Students advise and provide support to the University of Texas at Austin Student Government (SG), Graduate Student Assembly (GSA), and Senate of College Councils (SCC). Each organization has a specialized mission and purpose that serves as the voice for the student body. Each organization passes legislation and spearheads initiatives to enhance the student experience at The University of Texas at Austin. The SGO office assists and advises student representatives of each organization.

This position will assist the Associate Director and Financial Advisor with organization, operations, and special projects designed to enhance the student leader experience within Student Government and The Senate of College Councils.

Texas Parents is seeking enthusiastic, professional and outgoing student staff to support membership engagement during New Student and Family Orientation throughout the summer. These students will be the first point of contact for incoming Longhorn families, helping them understand membership options, complete registrations and receive their benefit materials.
