Student Organization Fairs
Student organization fairs are large tabling events coordinated by an university department. The goal of a fair is to expose members of the campus community to new opportunities of involvement and experience. Due to the limited amount of space available and the large number of student organizations on campus, opportunities to participate are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spring 2020 Student Organization Fair: February 5, 2020
The Spring Student Organization Fair, coordinated jointly by Student Activities and the William C. Powers, Jr. Student Activity Center, is an opportunity for organizations to begin their spring recruitment. The fair is held on the first and second floors of the Student Activity Center and provides a marketing opportunity for over 150 student organizations.
- The Spring Student Organization Fair will take place on Wednesday, February 5th from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Registration is online and will open on Monday, January 27th at 10 a.m.

- An on-site wait list will be available; a table will not be guaranteed.

Summer Student Organization Fairs
During each summer new student orientation session, Student Activities coordinates a student organization fair for incoming freshmen and transfer students. The fairs are held during each orientation session and showcase over 150 student organizations. Student organizations sign up online or via an on-site waitlist.
Stadium Student Organization Fair
Due to construction in the DKR Texas Memorial Stadium Food Court, there will not be a Stadium Student Org Fair this year.
Party on the Plaza: September
Party on the Plaza is hosted by the Division of Recreational Sports at the beginning of each academic year. This welcome-back-to-campus event features over 200 student organizations, as well as various food and activities.
