CHAMPVA School Enrollment Certification Letter

The university does not complete/sign the CHAMPVA School Enrollment Certification Letter.  The Office of the Registrar, however, will provide you with an official Certificate of Enrollment.  These certifications are printed on security paper with the university's seal and the registrar's signature.

If you need Veteran and Military Affiliated Services to fax your Certificate of Enrollment to the VA, please bring the certificate and a copy of the CHAMPVA School Enrollment Certification Letter with all information completed with the exception of the signature and title of school official.

There are two options to obtain a UT Austin Certificate of Enrollment:

  1. Certificates of Enrollment are available for same-day processing and pick-up at Texas One Stop for $5 in MAI 1 (Ground Floor of UT Tower).

  2. Utilize the online form and email the request to certification@austin.utexas.edu
