Advisory Opinions

Advisory Opinions are opinions issued by the Election Supervisory Board or entities with appellate jurisdiction concerning any matter affecting the elections that may not be included within the language of the Election Code(s). These opinions clarify the language of the code and offer the candidate a better understanding of election rules.

Hearings and Resolutions

All student submitted complaints can be viewed on the View Complaints page. There, you can view the "details" and "status" of each complaint, and additional notes regarding complaint status if applicable. If a hearing is deemed necessary, all hearing decisions rendered by the Election Supervisory Board or Student Government Supreme Court will be published on the view complaints page.
