Administrative Projects Intern (Longhorn Wellness Center)
Department
Longhorn Wellness Center
Description
This intern will support the Longhorn Wellness Center by creating systems and processes that improve efficiency and support programming. They will collaborate with other Longhorn Wellness Center student interns to achieve various programming goals.
Duties/Tasks
  • Develop office procedures for Longhorn Wellness Center
  • Help create wellness resources for UT students
  • Improve existing systems
  • Assist with and develop processes that support LWC programs
  • Collaborate with LWC student and full-time staff members
  • Provide front desk administrative support
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently
Intern Development

  • Understanding of office systems
