Student Organization Funding
All three SGO groups provide funding for student organizations in good standing with Student Activities in the Office of the Dean of Students. Each fund has a unique application process for student organizations to use.
- Appropriations:
- Student Government allocates funding to registered student organizations to help support events and initiatives that improve the student experience, and/or contribute to campus communities. Student Government allocates funding in the fall, spring and summer sessions.
- Senate of College Councils allocates funding to registered student organizations for academic based events and initiatives on campus. Senate allocates funding in the fall and spring semesters.
- Graduate Student Assembly allocates funding to registered graduate student organizations to support events and initiatives on campus that cater to graduate students. Graduate Student Assembly allocates funding in the fall, spring and summer sessions.
- Student Government Excellence Fund allocates funding to registered student organizations for projects, ideas, or initiatives under themes such as equality, philanthropy, and social justice. Excellence Fund allocates funding in the Fall and Spring semesters.

Notary Services
Two staff members provide free notary service for students, staff and faculty. The notary service is available as walk-in or by appointment depending on the need. (Service unavailable until further notice)
Printing
Senate of College Councils and Student Government provide individual students the opportunity to print from computers along the back wall of the office suite. (WCP 2.102). There is a limit of 10 pages. Both organizations combine resources to cover the costs. Access is only during office hours. (Service unavailable until further notice)
Copying for Student Organizations
Registered Student Organizations can purchase a $35 copy code allowing them 1,000 copies on the SGO copiers. White recycled paper is provided, but you can bring your own colored paper.
