Citing Electronic Documents
As with other types of sources, there are specific ways to cite materials obtained from electronic documents. Recent editions of well-recognized style manuals explain how to cite such sources. Since these conventions are constantly being revised, it is important to remain up-to-date.
- When borrowing information from these media, you must be especially attentive to citing any such material properly.
For specific information on citing electronic information, refer to style manuals, check with your instructors, and/or review the available resources at the Undergraduate Writing Center and University libraries, including Flawn Academic Center (FAC) and Perry-Castañeda Library (PCL).
