Associate Dean of Students, Student Conduct and Emergency Services

  • Oversees Student Judicial Services (SJS)
  • Supervises the university's disciplinary process, including the resolution of academic integrity and general misconduct violations with an emphasis on the student's ethical development
  • Serves as a community resource on student conduct and ethical development, the Institutional Rules, and the Student Conduct Advisory Committee

  • Serves as the unit's primary contact, authority, and advocate for matters of academic integrity
  • Adjudicates allegations of student misconduct with an emphasis on the student's ethical development
  • Oversees and facilitates the process for student record checks within the unit

  • Assists in designing intentional strategies for communicating with the university's student body on conduct-related matters
  • Serves as the primary advisor of the Student Conduct Advisory Committee (SCAC)
  • Adjudicates allegations of student misconduct with an emphasis on the student's ethical development
  • Provides primary leadership on technology-based initiatives for the unit

  • Serves as the unit's primary contact with the Division of Housing and Food Service and provides support, guidance, and training for conduct-related matters in housing
