Purpose:
To bring together women of various business background and to provide an outlet in which to further educate women about business issues.

Membership:
Business majors at both the graduate and undergraduate level, and those students pursuing the business foundations program.

Functions:
(1)Educate women about practical business issues (including but not limited discrimination and/or harassment in the workplace, proper business etiquette, golf, dress in the workplace, and creating the effective worklife balance). (2)Provide a source for networking between undergraduates, MBA's, faculty, and women in the workplace. (3)Establish a reputation in the Austin community through related philanthropic activities. (4)Offer an additional social outlet with UT Austin.
