Student Organization Center
The Student Organization Center (SOC) is the gateway of activity for all registered student organizations. The SOC is located in the Student Services Building 4.102 and offers an opportunity for student organizations to work at a central location near Student Activities and Leadership Development (SALD), Student Government, and the Office of the Dean of Students. Additionally, the SOC provides information for student organizations, assists with paperwork, and serves as a point of contact for questions and information. We strive to make the SOC a friendly and welcoming place, so please come by and see us!
The SOC serves as the primary point of contact for students wishing to start new student organizations or to register a student organization. The center also offers plenty of resources for UT's registered student organizations, including mailboxes, art supplies, offices, cubicles, lockers, sound equipment, application drop-off, fax services, a computer, a printer, an electric typewriter, a paper cutter and trifolder.
