Faculty & Staff
To become a registered Faculty/Staff Organization, complete the Application for Faculty/Staff Organization Form and submit it to the Office of the Vice President for Institutional Relations and Legal Affairs. This form is available from the Office of Institutional Relations and Legal Affairs. Once the application has been approved, the Vice President's office will send it to the Student Organization Center so that the organization can be registered on the Student Organization Database.
Faculty/Staff Organizations must re-register with the Office of the Vice President for Institutional Relations and Legal Affairs yearly to remain active.
