Security

To ensure the safety of students, faculty, and staff, student organizations may be required to hire campus security for on-campus events. Organizations may not hire private security for an on-campus event.

To arrange for UTPD security at a registered student organization event, complete the UTPD Event Security Request Form.

Submit your request at least two weeks prior to the event. After submitting the form, contact Lt. Gonzalo Gonzalez at (512) 232-9667 to arrange a meeting to discuss your organization's needs.
