Confirmation

You will receive an email response that can be used as a confirmation sheet. Please check the top line of the response to see what room or rooms were assigned to you. In the case of rooms booked on weekends (starting at 5:00 p.m. on Fridays) you will receive a paper confirmation as well at the SOC desk when you pay the fees. If you wish to have a paper confirmation form for any reservation please email Cindy Martindale at cmart@mail.utexas.edu and refer to the specific reservation; it will be placed in the room reservation pick-up folder in the SOC lobby area for you.
