UT Marketplace: Registration

Registration for the Fall 2012 UT Marketplace is now open! Please contact Reed Rallojay at 512-471-3065 or e-mail UTAustinMarketplace@austin.utexas.edu with questions regarding the upcoming event.

Event Information

*Will you be bringing a tent? (requires at least 10-ft x 10-ft additional display space)  
*Will your display will exceed 6-ft x 6-ft?  
*Will you be serving food?  
*Will you need electricity? ($50 additional fee)  
*Will you need a water connection? ($50 additional fee)

All organizations will be sent an invoice via e-mail. Payment cannot be accepted online but must be mailed in separately in the form of a check or money order. Checks should be made payable to "The University of Texas at Austin." Organizations requiring electricity or a water connection will be invoiced an additional $50. Organizations with displays exceeding 6'x6' will be invoiced for the additional space.

*We understand that we may only display and distribute free samples, promotional items, and printed materials at our table. We will not sell or take orders for products or services. We will not provide credit card application information. We understand that all members of our team will be held accountable for this information. Non-compliance with UT Marketplace policies may result in my removal without a refund.
