Swing Out Awards - Most Outstanding Organization

In order for your organization to compete for the Most Outstanding category, your organization must submit a video in addition to the online Swing Out Award application. Videos must demonstrate how the organization has positively impacted the UT campus, and how the Core Values of The University of Texas at Austin influenced the organizations activities. Your organization's video must be original work and a maximum of two minutes in length. The Most Outstanding Organization will be honored at the Evening of the Stars ceremony in April. Videos may be shown at the ceremony.

Video Submission Materials

• A contact information form (pdf)
• Release form (pdf) from every member of the student organization featured in the video in order to allow the UT System to publicly share the organization's work.
• Video saved to USB as .mov or. mpeg4 file

Most Outstanding Organization video submission materials must be submitted in a manila envelope to the Student Organization Center at 2609 University Avenue, Suite 2.112 by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2020.
