To ensure safe travel for our registered student organizations, the Office of the Dean of Students has developed a safe travel education program for registered student organizations at The University of Texas at Austin that participate in domestic travel. Affected registered student organizations will participate in the program annually during the fall semester. Student Activities Program Safety Education Services staff administers the program, which is designed to facilitate the program and to help ensure a positive, safe environment for students and registered student organizations.

1. Complete the Travel Online Training Module
NOTE: You are not required to complete all eight modules of the Safety Education Program. You need only complete the travel module to be in compliance with this program.

|3. Complete the Online Presentation Certification Form||April 15, 2013|
4. Update Authorized Representatives
NOTE: Your registered student organization will not be approved for re-registration until completion of this program.
