What is Adopt-a-Kiosk?
To participate in the Adopt-a-Kiosk initiative, your organization will be responsible for:
- attending a training session;
- inspecting your adopted kiosk once a week;
- eliminating old and unauthorized signs; and
- notifying Student Activities of any kiosk problems.
Your organization will receive:
- Community service hours; and
- Special recognition from Student Activities.
Kiosk Guidelines
- Signs can only be posted on kiosks.
- An organization may only post two signs per kiosk.
- Signs may not be posted over another properly posted sign.
- Signs must be attached to the kiosks only with the bungee cords provided (tacks, staples, tape, etc. are prohibited).
- Signs may not be posted on trees, lamps, columns, trash cans or other physical structures on campus.
- Signs may not be larger than 11" x 17".
Application
To apply to Adopt-a-Kiosk on behalf of your registered student organization, please complete and submit the online Adopt-a-Kiosk Application. Upon submission, Student Activities will contact the Chairperson to schedule a 30-minute training session to discuss Kiosk Guidelines.
