Application for the Resource/Student Organization Fair and BBQ Tables
The Resource/Student Organization Fair and BBQ will take place from 5-6 p.m. at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center on the dates shown below. Due to limited space, your organization may participate in one of the following groups of dates.
Group 1: - Full - Tuesday, June 10, Tuesday, June 24, and Tuesday, July 8, 2008
Group 2: - Full - Tuesday, June 17, Monday, June 30, and Monday, July 14, 2008

Each participating organization will be provided with one 6-foot table and two folding chairs. Only the tables provided through the Office of the Dean of Students maybe used at this event. No more than two representatives may staff a table at a time. Tables will be randomly pre-assigned upon arrival. Only those Organizations who receive confirmation from New Student Services will be allowed to table. There will be no on-site waitlist.
New Student Services is continually striving to represent the UT Austin student body as thoroughly as possible. Therefore, New Student Services staff reserves the right to limit or prohibit individual organizations who will be represented by councils or advisory boards including, but not limited to, Student Government, Texas Union Student Events Center, Senate of College Councils and councils from the Greek Life and Intercultural Education area of the Office of the Dean of Students. If you register as a student organization under one of these umbrella organizations, you may be asked to participate only through your larger council or advisory board.
