Start Fresh Student Organization Fair Guidelines
-
Student organization representatives should arrive at the Peter T. Flawn Academic Center (FAC) patio between 10:30-10:45 a.m. to check-in and obtain a table specifically designed for use at the Start Fresh Organization Fair. Only tables provided through the Office of the Dean of Students may be used at this event. If you arrive late or do not show up to claim your table, waitlisted student organization representatives will be permitted to participate in your place.
-
No more than two representatives at a time may staff the table. If more than two representatives are present, individuals will be asked to leave the event. Student organizations may also be placed in designated locations as directed by New Student Services staff.
-
Representatives must remain at their designated area throughout the event and must follow the General Rules on Means of Expression, outlined in Subchapter 13.300 of the Institutional Rules on Student Services and Activities.
