2012 Orientation Advisor Application

  1. Complete the Orientation Advisor application online. You must also submit your 8.5" x 11" "self-expression" piece.

    DEADLINE: Wednesday, October 26, 2011
    *** NO LATER THAN NOON ***
    New Student Services
    Office of the Dean of Students, SSB Suite 3.410

  2. Each applicant must have a Rating/Recommendation form completed by a faculty/staff member or a former supervisor (pdf) and a current UT student leader (pdf). (i.e. an RA, a FIG Mentor, organization officer, etc.).

  3. All applicants MUST sign up for and attend one of the two following meeting times to participate in the selection process:

    • Sunday, November 6, 2011
      10:45 a.m. – 2 p.m.
      Student Services Building, Ground Floor

      or

    • Sunday, November 6, 2011
      2:45 – 6 p.m.
      Student Services Building, Ground Floor

  4. Final decisions will be made after the selection process.
    Letters will be e-mailed to each applicant in late November indicating a decision regarding her or his application status.
