NSS Mission
The mission of New Student Services is to achieve excellence in the orientation and transition of new students.
In pursuit of this mission, New Student Services has established several goals to enrich the quality of campus life:
- to empower students to make reasoned and well-informed choices; to acclimate students to the campus and surrounding community;
- to provide information and assistance concerning academic policies, procedures, requirements, programs, and registration;
- to serve as a campus information and referral agent; and
- to promote student leadership and involvement.
