Thomas L. Butler

Assistant Director, received his B.A. from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of Houston. He was admitted to the bar in 1974. He held the position of Legal Counsel for the Texas Aeronautics Commission from 1980-85, and was in private practice focusing on civil litigation from 1986 through 1998. He is a member of the Travis County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the College of the State Bar.
