Representation Agreement

Limited Purpose Agreement

This form allows us to negotiate a settlement, but does not guarantee that LSS will litigate (take to trial) the dispute.

Litigation Agreement

If we have determined all reasonable non-litigious measures have been attempted by LSS and that the conflict remains unresolved, and if LSS determines that it is in your best interest, we will ask you to execute this litigation contract so we can take the matter to court.
