Intercultural Education

  • Intergroup Dialogue (for-credit classes)
    Two for-credit courses available to undergraduate students interested in learning more about issues related to diversity, social justice and intercultural education, Intergroup Dialogue (IGD) is offered by the Office of the Dean of Students and the Department of Educational Psychology.
  • The CHANGE Institute: Transforming Self and Community
    Hosted by the Office of the Dean of Students each fall semester, The CHANGE Institute: Transforming Self and Community is a two-day experience that focuses on critical issues relating to diversity, social justice and social responsibility. This free event is open to all members of registered student organizations.
  • Visit China and India with the DoS Cultural Immersion Program
    Trips are open to all UT Austin students, faculty and staff, as well as family members (if accompanied by the individual affiliated with the university). More than one itinerary/package option is available for each destination.
