An upper division elective taught through the Department of Educational Psychology (EDP 369K), this 3-hour class is designed to facilitate the development of leaders within UT Austin's sorority and fraternity communities. Students engage in interactive discussions with other sorority and fraternity leaders about such topics as motivation, interpersonal communication, cultural diversity, conflict resolution, risk management and community service. The course also offers students the opportunity to learn more about their individual leadership skills. The class is taught Greek, Leadership and Intercultural Education staff.
