Do I get credit for Intergroup Dialogue?
Intergroup Dialogue is a course in UT Austin's Department of Educational Psychology. The course is listed as EDP 210 and all students who complete the course receive a 2-hour lower division credit.
Will I feel comfortable in the class?
The class is designed so that all students feel welcome. Although some topics are uncomfortable to discuss, the setting is created for open, honest dialogue.
How is the class graded?
The class is graded based on attendance, participation, weekly 2-page journals and a final paper.
Who are the instructors?
Five university instructors supervise the program and dialogue classes are led by student facilitators who have completed their IGD facilitator training.
