The CHANGE Institute
Greek Life and Intercultural Education hosts The CHANGE Institute in the fall semester. Fraternity and sorority members apply and a small group of students are selected to attend this challenging weekend institute that focuses on critical issues relating to diversity, including racism and heterosexism. One CHANGE Institute alumni reported back that this program was "the most positive experience in my life." A small number of CHANGE Institute alumni will assist in the facilitation of future institutes, providing an additional opportunity for growth and learning.
