How to File
GRADUATE STUDENT ASSEMBLY:
- To obtain a GSA candidate filing statement, please pick up an information packet in the Student Activity Center, Room 2.102 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The information packet will also be available on the GSA website at http://www.utexasgsa.org
- The deadline to file is February 12th at noon in the Student Activity Center, Room 2.102
- A mandatory candidate seminar will be held February 12th at 9 p.m. in the Student Activity Center Legislative Assembly Room (SAC 2.302)

STUDENT GOVERNMENT:
- Information Packets are available in the Student Government Office located in the Student Activity Center, 2.102, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

- Student Government will host an information session on Tuesday, January 29th at 6 p.m. in the Legislative Assembly Room (SAC 2.302). If you would like to attend, RSVP to info.utsg@gmail.com

TEXAS STUDENT MEDIA:
- For information about filing for the Editor and board positions please visit www.utexas.edu/tsm or email admin@texasstudentmedia.com.
- Applications must be returned with all applicable material to the Texas Student Media Director's office in the William Randolph Hearst Building (HSM), Room 3.304 by noon on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.
- Applicants material will be reviewed for certification by the Board of Operating Trustees at the Board's meeting on Friday, February 1, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Flawn Academic Center (FAC) Room 328.

UNIVERSITY UNIONS BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT-LARGE REPRESENTATIVE POSITIONS / STUDENT EVENTS CENTER PRESIDENT POSITION:
- Information packets are available in the University Unions Director's Office located in UNB 4.124 or may be downloaded at http://www.utunions.org/elections
- The deadline to file for the University Unions candidacies is February 12th at noon to the University Unions Director's Office located in UNB 4.124.
- A mandatory candidate seminar is February 12th at 9 p.m. in the Student Activity Legislative Assembly Room (SAC 2.302).

- Application packets will be available beginning January 21st both online at www.universitycoop.com/elections and at the Co-op Main Store (2246 Guadalupe), Co-op East (2902 Medical Arts), or University Co-op Executive Office (507 W. 23rd Street).
- The deadline to file for UT Co-op candidacy is February 12th at noon p.m. to the University Co-op Executive Office at 507 W. 23rd Street.
- A mandatory candidate seminar is February 12th at 9 p.m. in the Student Activity Legislative Assembly Room (SAC 2.302).
